We are not a large institution — we are a close-knit team of nurses, aides, social workers, and volunteers who believe every patient deserves to be known, not just treated.

Our team serves patients and families throughout Vinita and the surrounding communities in northeast Oklahoma, providing professional comfort care in the home and other residential settings.
